Fifth Annual Al Fresco Dinner
and
Al Fresco Farm & Food Festival
The Historic Salem Courthouse Preservation Association (HSCPA), Inc. is pleased to announce the fifth annual Al Fresco dinner, a meal sourced entirely from our area's great farmers and producers and the celebrated summer event of Washington County. This year, the annual summer fundraiser that supports HSCPA's mission, programs, and historic preservation has expanded to an entire weekend taking place July 28 and July 29, due to a generous agritourism grant from NYS Department of Agriculture & Markets.
Enjoy a weekend of activities designed to celebrate our region's agricultural heritage to include a drive yourself farm tour, chef demonstrations, entertainment, artisan and artist fair, corn chowder cook-off, photography exhibit, and the launch of the Battenkill Valley Farmstead Cookbook, drawing on seasonal and locally sourced recipes from our region's farmers and producers.
