Please join me in the Courthouse Community Growing Garden as I apply these principles of organic growing on a garden scale. Eliot Coleman has been my mentor for nearly 2 decades on a journey to grow food for myself and others to maintain health. His latest book, The “Self-Fed Farm and Garden” has inspired me to further enhance soil fertility without the use of inputs and rely on cover crops and natural
processes to do the work.
