Live in the Courtroom: Attercop Attercop

  • Historic Salem Courthouse 58 East Broadway Salem, NY, 12865 United States (map)

Live in the Courtroom: Attercop Attercop— doors open @ 6:30p, show @7p

Joining them is Ben Seretan!

Attercop Attercop is a Rhode Island based collaboration between percussionist Gus Martin (Tiny Hawks, WaxSun, Barrens) and guitarist Jeremy Ferris (Cla-ras) (Jeremy is a Salem Native!) Their sprawling, loosely improvised cycle of songs evoke natural forces at play - tidal phases, blizzards, the spinning of a spider's web - influenced by free jazz, drone metal, minimalism, and British & American folk music.

Ben Seretan (Hudson Valley, NY) is a singer-songwriter with a beautiful ambient streak. His most recent recording, "Sunbeam of No Illusion," a collaboration with John Thayer, was named best new ambient music by Bandcamp, featuring "Fender Rhodes loops, modular squiggles, sliding swells, and creaky white noise."
